The development consists of two building forms and a central courtyard, accommodating a total of 26 residential units and 3 commercial spaces. The upper units offer views of Botany Bay and Mascot, providing residents with aspects of the surrounding cityscape.

We prioritised the privacy and security of the residents, with a clear separation between the commercial spaces and the residential units. The street-facing facade of the development is visually striking, as a result of the vertical articulation of the street awning, which also serves to define the residential entrance to the units.

Our team placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that each unit receives ample natural light and good cross-flow ventilation, while the western-facing units are equipped with generous balconies that offer shelter from the elements. The upper units, including the Penthouses located on the upper level, provide an uninterrupted view of Brighton Le Sands and Sydney Airport.
